This Privacy Policy explains what information Arizona Disability Resource Center (operated by Wilder West Assets LLC) collects, how we use it, and when we share it. Importantly, the free case-evaluation forms are not hosted on this website — when you start one, you are taken to an independent referral network's own site, where any information you enter is governed by that network's privacy policy and consent disclosures. This policy covers what happens on azdisabilitylawyer.com/ itself.

Information we collect

On this website, we collect only two kinds of information:

• Information you send us directly — for example, if you email one of our addresses (such as contact@ or corrections@), we receive your email address and whatever you write to us.
• Automatic technical data — standard information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and similar technologies to run and improve the site.

We do not host case-evaluation forms on this site. When you start a free case evaluation, you are redirected to an independent referral network’s own website. Any name, phone number, or details you enter there are collected by that network under its own privacy policy — not by us. We do not receive or store the information you submit on those forms.

How we share your information
